The prices there reflect single sales and discounts are given for multiple purchases at the Wholesale level. Prices for Governmental Agencies are based on much larger purchases and they are factored on individual basis. Some Agency would prefer to perform some of the work themselves, as per attaching our ARIES system on their weapons locally and under our supervision (or not).
