Business hours are Monday through Saturday from 11am to 8pm. Phone orders are accepted during normal business hours.

FAX:

All fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to include the order form when sending in your order.

MAIL:

Please include your payment with your mailed order to the address found on the order form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, money orders, personal and business checks. Any check used to pay for our products MUST HAVE THE PERSON'S AND/OR BUSINESS NAME IMPRINTED ON THE CHECK. Check orders are held for 2 weeks until the check clears. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee and any collection fees.

PURCHASING FIREARMS:

We will ship your order to a FFL dealer only. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the responsibility of the buyer to find a FFL dealer who will accept the transfer of the firearm(s) being purchased. We must have an ink signed copy of the dealer's license on file before we can ship.

CURIO AND RELIC ARMS:

Curio and Relic qualified arms are shipped only to C&R holders as long as C&R arms are legal in their area. Check local laws before ordering. C&R firearms must be on the C&R list issued by the BATFE to qualify as C&R eligible.

AMMUNITION:

AMMUNITION IS NON-RETURNABLE. Check your local laws before placing any ammunition order. All orders must have a shooters statement on file before orders are shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

Shipping will be quoted based on weight and method of shipment. Please call or email us for details.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURNS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless our products are found to have manufacturer defects which must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Shooters Depot will replace, repair or refund the funds for any such product. Any returns of stocked items have to be accompanied by our authorization code. No returns for custom orders. 20% restocking fee may be assessed to any return.

QUALIFIED BUYERS:

All ammunition and arms purchases are restricted to individuals at least 21 years of age. High capacity magazines are restricted and not sold to the following states: DC, CA, HA, MA, MD, NYC, and NJ. Ammunition is restricted and not sold in the following states: MA, NYC, DC, and Cook County, IL. All arms must ship to qualified Licensee. Please check all state and local laws before placing orders.
